· grant to each user of the website, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, licence to access your User Materials through the website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Materials to the extent permitted by the functionality of the website and under these Terms and Conditions.

The above licences granted by you in relation to your videos terminate when you remove or delete your user videos from the website. Any of the above licences granted by you in relation to any other materials, including comments and stories are perpetual and irrevocable, but are otherwise without prejudice to your ownership rights, which are retained by you.

Acknowledgement: the above licence rights are reproduced from YouTube’s standard Terms & Conditions to reflect the arrangement between AAH and YouTube for the uploading and streaming of user videos via a YouTube channel.

5.2 Your warranties. By submitting User Materials to the website you warrant that you have (and will continue to have for as long as the User Materials are on the website) the necessary licence, right, consent and/or permission to submit the User Materials to the website and the submission of the User Materials will not infringe any third party proprietary rights.

AAH has the absolute right to decide whether or not to upload User Materials to the website and reserves the right to remove any User Materials that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

6 Use of online services. The following terms apply to your use of any of the online services available on this website, including (without limitation) the Online Health Check, the Symptom Checker, Health Advice and Health Action Plan.
